As a former Executive Director at IDEO, I have 15+ years of experience leading creative teams to set vision and strategy; launch ventures and digital products; cultivate creative capabilities; and design transformative learning experiences.

I help partners with strategy, organizational design, UX design / research, storytelling, experience design, and inclusive design. I've worked with numerous Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, foundations, and start-ups.

I design and facilitate engaging learning experiences. I've led workshop for dozens of groups, including executive teams, and taught at IDEOU, the Stanford d.school, and the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design.
